It includes quite a few memorials to fishers such as Bodega Head in California and Peggy’s Cove in Nova Scotia.
There is also a lovely piece about the Figurehead memorial in Bermuda created by Bermudan artist Bill Ming to lost fishermen.
The base of the memorial is inscribed with the names of fishers and everyone known to have to died at sea from Bermuda. The Bermudan news service BerNews has many more photos and lists the names on the memorial.
